What's for Dinner is a cooking simulation game in which you attempt to fix a variety of recipes by engaging in various activities. Examples of activities and their use towards the game are:
- Moving the mouse up and down while keeping it inside a box (grating cheese)
- Clicking on items in a refrigerator and pantry within a very small time period (gathering ingredients)
- Performing various activities on a timeline to help cook prepared food (boiling, frying, baking, ect.)
Using a virtual knife to cut along arrows which appear over a virtual version of food (slicing or dicing food items)
